We are sorry that you are not satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept the return or exchange. We do not refund money. You will have a period of 3 business days to contact us, from the moment you received your purchase. You must first contact us through our email email@example.com to guide you through the process and its acceptance.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received. We will not accept broken, dirty or merchandise without its label. You can only return your product to obtain a store credit for the value of your purchase, valid for 3 months or an exchange for a different product with the same value.
How can I make a return or exchange?
- You must first contact us, within 3 days, after receiving your order to our email firstname.lastname@example.org to guide you in the process and its acceptance.
- After having accepted your return, you will have 5 days to send your product.
- Items on SALE, Accessories, Bodysuits, White clothes , Bathing Suits, Exercise Clothing and Gift Cards are not returnable.
- All returns must meet all the requirements to be accepted.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping cost for the new item.
The customer will be responsible for meeting shipping costs. Shipping charges are not refundable.
We do not guarantee returns without previously receiving the item. Any product return of $10 more, must have evidence of shipment and must be sent with a tracking number. We do not guarantee the exchange of products or credit to the store in returns not received.
